Delivery & Returns
Delivery is to UK Mainland only. All of our orders are sent out via Royal Mail Second Class at a charge of £5.00 per order with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 working days.
At Wast0, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.
Our policy offers a full refund within 14 days of your date of purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request. To request a refund please notify us by email at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your goods that you request to return and obtain a refund. You then have a further 14 days to return the item from the date you notified us.
The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition and be fit for re-sale. All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return postage and packing cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty or an error has been made on our part.
If an item is damaged or faulty, please contact us during the first 14 days upon receipt to obtain a refund with photographic evidence.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Whilst we are a small company, unfortunately we cannot cover postage for returns unless faulty.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
